Promotor Information 

The promoter of this giveaway is Actiph Water Ltc (company no. SC505074), whose registered office is at 2/107 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES, United Kingdom. 



Entry Requirements 

  • This giveaway is open to UK residents only.
  • Entrants must be aged 16 years or over.
  • Employees of Actiph/Acti+ or any associated companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  • The is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

 

How to enter 

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • Like the designated giveaway post on Instagram.
  • Follow @actiplusdrinks on Instagram.
  • Tag at least one friend (each tag counts as a separate entry).
  • Bonus entry: Share the giveaway post on their Instagram story and tag @actiplusdrinks for one extra entry.

 

The Prize 

The prize is a year’s supply of Acti+ drinks, which will be delivered in 12 monthly shipments. Specific details of the supply may vary, but it will be equivalent to 24 cans of drinks each month.

 

Winner Selection 

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and announced in the comments of the giveaway post on 4th November 2024.
  • The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.

 

Competition Period

  • The competition opens on the date of the giveaway post and closes at 11:59 PM on 31st October 2024.
  • Any entries received after this time will not be eligible.

 

Prize Delivery 

  • The prize will be shipped to a UK address only.
  • The promoter will not be responsible for any delays or issues with shipping.

  • The promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time, for any reason.
  • The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  • By participating, entrants confirm that they release Instagram from any responsibility and agree to Instagram's terms of use.
